Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup quick oats
1 stick butter
3/4 cup peanut butter Jif
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 bag of Ghirardelli 60% cocoa chocolate chips

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees
Makes approximately 24 cookies
