  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seed
  • 1/4 cup whole flax seed
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberry
  • 1/2 cup raisins
