Quinoa veggie bowl

This veggie bowl includes:

  • steamed broccoli
  • steamed cauliflower
  • tofu
  • avocado
  • local salsa
  • quinoa

The vegetables and tofu were cooked using a saucepan with no oils, just water. Everything was seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sriracha. Adding the salsa definitely gives it good flavor. This dinner serves 2-3. Enjoy!
