Here we have homemade strawberry lime kombucha to drink:
Next, we have toasted whole wheat pita, filled with cooked onions, cooked peppers, lettuce, and red pepper hummus.
On the other side of the table we have dried apricots, whole wheat toast topped with hummus, cucumbers, and yellow peppers!
This lunch was cooked by me but I had my husband, being the perfectionist and all, help set up my photos 🙂
