Engine 2 Breakfast: Rip’s Big Bowl



This version of Rip’s Big Bowl consists of:

  • 1/4 cup grape nuts
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup Uncle Sam cereal
  • 1/4 cup shredded wheat
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon raisin
  • 2 tablespoons of pecans
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 apple chopped 
  • 1 cup almond milk *unsweetened vanilla*



After having this delicious breakfast, Derek and I headed out on a 10 mile bike ride in the country:
